Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Minnesota is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Full-time and part-time roles are available with comprehensive training and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, with a $250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours, plus very generous 401(k) matching and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Completion of 40 hour RBT training is required.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred; company can assist in attaining status.

Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
