Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Winchester, VA is seeking warm, motivated RBTs to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay ($22.00–$28.00/hour), flexible hours, and a robust benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k).

We provide an in-house RBT to BCBA training program and opportunities for advancement, with duties focused on delivering ABA therapy, collaborating with BCBAs, and maintaining detailed session notes in a supportive, kid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist.
• Driver's license and reliable access to transportation

• Experience implementing ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children in a safe nurturing environment.
• Implement the specific therapy Program designed by the BCBA
• Teach the skills that allow the kids to thrive.

Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Choose your own hours
• 15 hours per week minimum (P/T)
• 30 hours per week minimum (F/T)
