Blossom ABA Therapy – Lake Caroline, VA is actively hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA, helping them improve communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills in home and community settings.

This role offers RBT training, a BCBA Fellowship Program for long-term growth, ongoing supervision, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Experience as RBT/Behavior Technician preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete detailed documentation.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with families and supervisors.
• Follow ABA therapy and behavioral health protocols consistently.
