Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy services in home and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect session data and complete detailed documentation
- Maintain professional and positive communication with families and supervisors
- Follow ABA therapy and behavioral health protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Experience as an RBT, Behavior Technician, Behavioral Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, or Mental Health Technician preferred
- Candidates interested in completing RBT training are encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
