Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Elkton, MD is seeking warm, motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. We provide pediatric ABA services in a supportive environment, with flexible afternoon hours and opportunities to grow into a BCBA through our in-house training program.

As a BT, you'll implement BCBA-designed programs, document sessions, and help children develop skills and independence. We offer competitive compensation, benefits including 401(k) and PTO, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.

• Implement the specific therapy program designed by the BCBA.
