Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in the home, community, or school setting to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We value compassionate care, flexible scheduling, paid training, and supportive supervision. This role offers part-time or full-time hours, in-person work, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to sessions.
• Must pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
