Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision. Roles are in-person with flexible schedules and opportunities for paid training and supervision to support your growth.

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to a variety of settings.

Position Summary
