Job summary

Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.

RBT certification is preferred (we can help you get certified). The role requires 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs and a high school diploma. Join a compassionate team focused on meaningful progress and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
  • Assist with behavior management strategies.
  • Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Help create a safe, positive learning environment.
