Job summary

Supportive Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Dighton, KS to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.

You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect progress data, and support skill development while collaborating with families and clinical teams. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred and can be supported.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; we can help you obtain it.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams; maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
