Job summary

Supportive Care ABA in Apex NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Earn $22-$28/hr with a $200 sign-on bonus and the chance to grow within a supportive team.

You will provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping develop essential life and communication skills. RBT certification is preferred and we can assist with certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support development in communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Create a safe, positive learning environment.
