Providence Community ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and/or RBTs to work under the direction of a BCBA to provide ABA-based skills instruction and behavior reduction plans across home, clinic, community, and school settings.
Responsibilities include 1:1 client sessions, data collection, following treatment protocols, and collaborating with families and BCBA staff. Availability for 15–35 hours weekly and reliable transportation is required.
The Providence Community ABA clinical team is looking for Behavior Technicians and/or RBTs to embrace our mission and values to give hope, to assist and guide, and to serve by working under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and school settings.
A Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will:
