Job summary

ABA Revolution in Illinois seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team in a full-time salaried role across home, school, and community settings.

You will implement BIPs, collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and support families, with ongoing professional development and recertification support.

A compassionate candidate with strong teamwork and reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • College Degree Required
  • At least one year of experience working as an RBT.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and team members.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between service locations (if needed).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Ensure a safe environment by implementing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies as needed.
