Job summary

Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based therapy under BCBA supervision. The role involves working with clients diagnosed with ASD or developmental conditions in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families and team members. Travel to sessions locally is expected, with ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
