Sunray ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data to support client development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and team members, adherence to BACB standards, and ongoing supervision and training. A valid RBT certification is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions.
