Job summary

Sunray ABA seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Roles include implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD or developmental conditions, delivering 1:1 therapy across home, school, or clinic settings, and collecting progress data.

You will collaborate with families and team members, attend supervision sessions, and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RBT certification.
• Willingness to travel locally for sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions.
