Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school and community settings across Utah. You will help children develop essential skills through ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible schedules and comprehensive training are provided; candidates should have RBT certification, BACB registration, and reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Utah.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

Schedule Options
