Job summary

Total Care ABA in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home and community settings. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, plus training and ongoing professional development.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect client data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support meaningful progress for children with autism.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person in Thornton, Colorado
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule

Subject to change: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 5pm to 8pm & Sunday; 12am to 6pm
