Blue Jay ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Forest City, North Carolina. The role involves implementing intervention plans under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one sessions, and documenting client progress with families and the team.

You'll collaborate closely with BCBAs and BTs/RBTs to provide high-quality ABA therapy. Join a supportive, collaborative environment focused on compassionate care for individuals with ASD.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting BCBA-supervised behavior plans.
• Ability to collect and record client progress data.
• Excellent communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
