Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Red Springs, NC is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and hands-on impact supporting children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will provide one-on-one sessions, collect data, and collaborate with families to implement skill-building and behavior reduction programs. Training and professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• Comfort working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review client progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
