Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, in-school, and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career growth. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic and proactive RBT needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time #1: Thursday 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM & Tuesday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Part-Time #2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2-6 PM + Tuesday 9 - 2 PM + Saturday 9AM - 1 PM

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic and proactive RBT needed.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
