Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA agency serving communities across New Jersey, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

We are seeking an RBT to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. You will work one-on-one with children and adolescents, implementing in-home ABA sessions and supporting skill development, communication, independence, and real-world outcomes under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT training program completion or certification preferred but not required
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions
• Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey. As an RBT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
