Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician for in-home ABA therapy in Vineland, New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with children and adolescents to support skill development, communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented BT (Behavior Technician) to join our In-Home ABA Therapy team in Vineland, New Jersey. As a BT at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing in-home ABA therapy sessions and supporting their skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment sessions
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for therapy sessions
• Provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing ABA strategies in various settings

Requirements:
