Job summary

TSP Ed Co is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a Somers, CT school. You will work closely with special education staff to deliver individualized behavioral support and help students build skills for school success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
• Ability to implement behavioral strategies consistently and follow established plans.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Dependable, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to meet all applicable school and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implementing established Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavioral strategies
• Providing direct 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support
• Collecting and documenting behavioral and skill-acquisition data

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Somer, CT.

This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children strengthen the behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You'll Do
