Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Louisville, CO, supporting students in a school setting. You will work closely with special education staff to implement BIPs, provide direct behavioral support, and help students develop behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• School-based and/or special education experience is a plus.
• Ability to implement behavioral strategies consistently and follow established plans.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Dependable, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
• Ability to meet all applicable school and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implementing established Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavioral strategies.
• Providing direct 1:1 and/or small-group behavioral support.
• Collecting and documenting behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
• Reinforcing positive behaviors and supporting student engagement.
• Assisting students with social-emotional, behavioral, and functional goals.
• Supporting students during classroom activities and throughout the school day.
• Collaborating with special education teachers and other school professionals.

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Louisville, CO.

This is a great opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children strengthen the behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You'll Do
