Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring an RBT to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct 1:1 therapy. The role includes data collection and collaboration with the treatment team to ensure consistency.

The ideal candidate holds RBT certification and has experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, applying behavioral therapy techniques in a compassionate, professional manner.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
