Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing behavior intervention plans and delivering direct 1:1 therapy. You will collect data, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
