Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

You will provide direct 1:1 therapy, collect data on targeted behaviors, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent plan implementation. The role emphasizes compassionate care and professional conduct in interactions with clients.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
