Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule and a $750 sign-on bonus.

You\'ll deliver evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and support families while developing your skills through paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region.
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance.
• Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community).
• No prior ABA experience required – we train you.

Role Overview

As a Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day.

This role is ideal for individuals who value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams.

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$25.00-$28.00/hour (based on education and experience)

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community)
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you

• Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional)
• Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies
• Mental health or human services roles
• Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
