Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll work with families and schools to support skill development and behavior reduction across varied environments.

- No prior ABA experience required - we train you

As a Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day.
This role is ideal for individuals who value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams.

- Hourly Rate:$19.00-$25.00/hour (based on education and experience)
- Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
- Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
- Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
- Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations

- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
- Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
- Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community)
- No prior ABA experience required - we train you
- Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional)
- Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies
- Mental health or human services roles
- Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
