Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, engage children with play-based strategies, and collect progress data to support meaningful outcomes. This role offers training, ongoing supervision, and pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region.
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance.
• Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community).
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you.

Role Overview

As a Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day.

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$21.00 - $26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community)
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
