Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students in educational settings by implementing ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and clinical supervisors to promote skill development and meaningful participation in the school day.

The role offers a full-time, school-day schedule on school campuses with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for RBT certification.

Pay Information

Hourly Rate:$21.00-$26.00

Starting pay is based on education, experience, and bilingual skills.Additionalcompensation may be considered for prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or fluency in languages that support the students and families we serve.

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning throughout the school day
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement)

• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
• Valid driver's license and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow behavior plans and classroom routines with consistency
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
