Job summary

ABA Home Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver in-home, school, and community-based ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills with individualized treatment plans and data-driven progress tracking.

The role supports families through training and participates in team meetings, with opportunities for leadership and growth within a fast-growing clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities and behavior problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in home settings.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Fluent English required.
• RBT certification (BACB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on goals.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Maintain professionalism in dress, timeliness, and communication.

Our Behavior Technicians / RBTs are an essential part of the ABA Home Therapy team, as you provide direct in-home, school, and community-based ABA services to our clients. Our Behavior Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement an individualized treatment plan to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.

ABA Home Therapy has Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities based on our Client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• BLS certification or willing to obtain certification
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children with behavior problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in home setting
• Must have valid driver’s license; valid car insurance; and have reliable transportation
• Fluent English required
• FOR RBTs - Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB.
