Job summary

DreamBuilders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Greenbackville, VA. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under a BCBA's guidance, collecting data and supporting client progress.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification (or pursuing) and a high school diploma; prior ABA experience is a plus. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, certification assistance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour
• Shifts: 4:30-7:30 PM Monday-Friday
• Location: Greenbackville, VA
