Qualifications

• Prior ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience is a plus, but training is provided.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use play-based, child-led approaches to make therapy fun and engaging, while collecting data on client progress and completing session documentation. Collaboration with supervisors, parents, and team members is essential to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

Schedule

• Monday-Friday (Weekends as needed)
• Up to 25% travel within the Richmond area
