Galaxy ABA Therapy in Appomattox, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under supervision of BCBAs, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with families and staff, and participate in team meetings to support progress and goals. The position offers hourly pay between $21 and $33 based on experience, plus paid training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in process.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Appomattox, VA.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBAs
• Collecting and recording data to track client progress
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy services in a clinic or home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with client scheduling, planning, and organization
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide feedback and support to families on client progress and goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client services and progress

Compensation:

$21 - $33 HOURLY based on experience
