Advanceable ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time, flexible schedules in Plymouth, NC and surrounding areas. Earn $23-$29/hr in a home-based ABA therapy role, providing 1:1 in-home services under a BCBA, with training, PTO, and supervision support.

You’ll work with children to build communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies, in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to obtain; we’ll support your path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Plymouth area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Mon–Fri; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
