Job summary

Springboard ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in Pine Bluff and surrounding rural areas, Arkansas. You will work under supervising BCBA guidance in in-home, school, and community settings.

The role requires an active RBT credential (or willingness to obtain), a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Travel within Pine Bluff and nearby areas may be needed, with a focus on meaningful, data-driven care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Prior experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document session data using our electronic platform.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent and effective care.

Pay Range: $19–$24 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings

What You’ll Need

• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
