Job summary

Springboard ABA in Fayetteville, Arkansas is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote growth in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings
