Job summary

Springboard ABA in De Valls Bluff, Arkansas seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You'll implement treatment plans under a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress.

This role offers both part-time and full-time options with a competitive hourly rate based on experience. Travel to nearby rural areas is required, and you will work closely with families and supervisors to ensure

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children, preferably with autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within De Valls Bluff and surrounding rural areas.
  • Must pass a background check and Medicaid compliance training (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
  • Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within De Valls Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
  • Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
