Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring for a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in North Carolina. This in-person, part-time role offers hands-on ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists, offering a $23.00-$27.00 per hour wage, a flexible schedule, and paths for certification assistance. Previous ABA experience is preferred and prior 40-hour RBT training is required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour RBT training course.
• ABA experience is preferred.
• RBT certification is preferred, though we can assist in attaining status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support in group settings.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
