Job summary

Alight Behavioral is seeking energetic Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Roles are available full-time and part-time, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities in a supportive, child-centered environment.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, offering in-house training, flexible schedules, and a pathway to certification.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play, social and self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.
