Job summary

Reach Higher ABA Utah, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a client in Payson, Utah, at the client’s home. The BCBA supervises via telehealth and is on call during sessions; a parent or guardian is present for every session.

Schedule includes Wednesdays, Thursdays, every other Friday, and Saturdays for about 12–15 hours weekly, with pay between $20–$27 per hour based on experience. Training for RBT certification is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (we pay for 40-hour RBT training)
• Ability to pass Utah DHHS background check and fingerprinting
• Reliable car and valid driver's license
• Experience with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
• Follow the treatment plan written by your BCBA
• Collect session data and write session notes the same day
• Work with the family and your BCBA to support the client's progress

What you'll do

• Work with the family and your BCBA to support the client's progress

Schedule and pay

• Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00-7:30 PM
• Every other Friday, 4:00-7:30 PM
• Saturday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (about 12-15 hours a week)
• $20-$27/hr, based on experience
