Job summary

Reach Higher ABA Utah, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home in Brigham City, Utah. The role involves following the BCBA-approved treatment plan and documenting progress during sessions.

You’ll collaborate with the family and your BCBA, complete data collection and notes in CentralReach, and maintain punctual, reliable session attendance. Training on 40-hour RBT certification is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification, or willing to get certified (we'll pay for your 40-hour RBT training).
• Ability to pass a Utah DHHS background check and fingerprinting.
• A reliable car and valid driver's license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Reach Higher ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a client at home in Brigham City, Utah. Great fit if you live in Brigham City, Perry, Willard, Tremonton or North Ogden. Your BCBA supervises by telehealth and is on call during sessions, and a parent or guardian is home during every session.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
• Follow the treatment plan written by your BCBA
• Collect session data and write session notes in CentralReach the same day
• Work with the family and your BCBA to support the client's progress

Schedule and pay

• Monday-Friday, 4:00-8:00 PM (about 20 hours a week)
• $20-$27/hr, based on experience
