Total Care ABA in Cedar City, Utah is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools under BCBA supervision. You will support children and families to reach meaningful goals with flexible full- and part-time schedules and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours.

Candidates must have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Utah and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week

• Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week

• Flexible shifts available

• Services provided in person throughout Utah
