Qualifications

RBT certification or willingness to get certified (we'll pay for your 40-hour RBT training)
Ability to pass a Utah DHHS background check and fingerprinting
A reliable car and valid driver's license
Experience with children preferred

Job description

Reach Higher ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with a client at home in Ogden, Utah. Your client is a teenager. Great fit if you live in Ogden, Roy, Riverdale, South Ogden, North Ogden or Layton. Your BCBA supervises by telehealth and is on call during sessions, and a parent or guardian is home during every session.

What you'll do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home
Follow the treatment plan written by your BCBA
Collect session data and write session notes in CentralReach the same day
Work with the family and your BCBA to support the client's progress

Schedule and pay

Monday–Friday, 3:30–7:30 PM (about 20 hours a week)
$20–$27/hr, based on experience
