Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Ogden, Utah, to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. You will help children build essential skills under the guidance of a BCBA, using data-driven ABA strategies.

You will collect progress data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate closely with families and the clinical team. Flexible full- or part-time schedules and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
