Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Maryland is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings with flexible schedules and supportive supervision.

You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers and BCBAs. Qualifications include active RBT certification, HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), reliable transportation, and strong
