Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in McDonough, GA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will support communication, social, and daily living skills, collect session data, and collaborate with families and clinical team to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required).
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $25.00–$33.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Location: In-person | McDonough, GA

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Requirements
