Big Dreamers ABA in Pearson, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. The role is in-person at Pearson, GA, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for professional growth.

The RBT will help develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and will collect data, implement BIPs, and collaborate closely with families and a clinical team to ensure high-quality treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification active and in good standing.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with children with autism.

Pay: $20.00–$33.00 per hour

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills

• Collaborate with families and clinical team

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Ability to work with children with autism

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, special education, or behavioral health

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress)
