Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive, in-person setting.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in ABA therapy, autism services, or behavioral health preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress preferred.

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support communication, social, and adaptive skills

• Collaborate with families and clinical team

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
