Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Pearson, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include direct ABA therapy, implementing BIPs, data collection, and collaboration with families and the clinical team. In-person position with opportunity for growth and meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work with children with autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $20.00–$33.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Location: In-person | Pearson, GA

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). RBTs will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.
